Qt Components upgrading process!

      Hello colleagues!

      Windows 10 Pro (21H1);
      Qt 5.15.2 & Qt 6.1.2 (Open Source License);

      When using the Qt Maintenance Tool to upgrade or add Qt components (Qt Creator or Qt in general), I get next:
      — former Qt components start menu items removed and new items (for example Qt Creator) does not created...
      — I must remove all Qt Components and install its again (or manually create start menu shortcuts)!

      Please, correct this issua!
