Description
Phenomenon：
When the QComboBox show popup menu
- move the mouse to the down arrow position and then press it
- next mouse moves up and release the mouse
the itemview will continue to scroll.
hope:
Regardless of whether the mouse is pressed or not, the mouse is no longer in the downward arrow position, no need to scroll
