QComboBox popup menu Scroller keep scrolling

      Phenomenon：

      When the QComboBox show popup menu

      1. move the mouse to the down arrow position and then press it 
      2. next mouse moves up and  release the mouse

      the itemview will continue to scroll. 

       

      hope:
      Regardless of whether the mouse is pressed or not, the mouse is no longer in the downward arrow position, no need to scroll
