Text tearing on text element when set inside parent element with noninteger y value

      When there is a text element with native text rendering enabled set inside a parent that has a non-integer y value and clip set to true, the text in the text element appears to tear at spots.

      Only occurs if all three criteria are met, and the y value of the text element itself has no bearing on the presence of the issue.
