Leave only QtLocation-related code in qtlocation repo

      • After the QtPositioning module is moved to a separate repo (see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-97083), the qtlocation repository should be cleaned up to contain only files related to QtLocation.
      • The build files should be updated to assume that QtPositioning is located in a separate repository.
      • It might be required to add some private exports to QtPositioning private classes, because QtLocation is making use of QtPositioning private API.
      • dependencies.yaml should be updated to depend on qtpositioning
