Description
Once the new repo is created we need to make sure that all the bots know about it.
This includes at least:
- cherry-pick bot;
- submodule update bot;
- Jira issue-closer bot.
This might require some actions, like modifying the qt5.git's .gitmodules file.
The rest needs to be clarified with gerrit admins.
