Old dummy preview node system is error-prone and hard to maintain. It is also different than other preview solutions. So let's stop that and

Start offering regular snapshots from 'dev' branch under 'Preview node' & in Preview -category
- These will use generic packaging templates instead of dummy ones
  - Needs a support from IFW, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTIFW-2380
Show new releases as a snapshot/alpha/beta/rc under 'Qt' node & in Preview -category
- These will use generic packaging templates instead of dummy ones
