Client-side support for gRPC

    Description

      Can re-use parts of the current http2 support. But it must be extended to make it able to reuse channels after initial transmissions.

      Note: Out-of-scope for QNAM, QNAM's scope is only as broad as a browser's, browsers do not support this.

      Based on the same codebase as QTBUG-98028: https://github.com/semlanik/qtprotobuf

      Todos:

      • gRPC support is in need of refactoring (there is no client-side subscription support for example).
