QNX Windows Host support

      What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?

      Support for QNX7.1 cross compilation on Windows 10 (in addition to Ubuntu 20.04) has been requested by customers. This ticket tracks confirming that this is working.

      DoD:

      QNX 7.1 used on Windows development host

      CI builds on Windows 10/11 host

      Same support as in Ubuntu 20.04

      What are common use cases?

      Cross-compilation on a WIndows host to target board running QNX.
