If a break point hits and then you hit continue or hit F5, application which is being debugged should come in front and should also has keyboard focus but this does not happen on windows.

In Mac it does work but if a break point hits (say if you hit button in app)while application is in front, Qt Creator does not gets keyboard focus you have to click on it explicitly.
