Debuggee always in background

    Description

      When set a breakpoint, and start the debuggee, creator gets the focus, pressing again 'F5' creator has always the focus, I have to click on the debuggee to get it back in foreground.

      Bug is in 2.8.1 also

      Imagine you have lots of breakpoint, and you have after each step bring the debuggee in focus, it is annoying...
