Qt Creator 3.0.0
-
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 bit
Description
- Open a file from a Git repository.
- Change something in this file.
- Stage the changes.
- Change some more in the same file.
- Open Creator's Git commit editor, e.g. by selecting "Tools" -> "Git" -> "Local Repository" -> "Commit..." from the menu.
In "Files", you'll see two entries for the changes in the file. - Type some description.
- Check both changes.
The Commit button will have the caption: "Commit 2/2 File(s)".
No, it's just one file! - Click the button.
In Version Control view, Creator will write: "Committed 2 file(s)."
No! It's just one file!
Creator should give a correct number of files. If this is not possible, it should refer to something like "Changes", not "Files".
