Missing progress bar for "git pull"

      Some git actions, e.g. "git show", display a progress bar in Creator. This is not the case for "git pull" although usually it takes much longer. There is no indicator that something is happening in the background.

      Please add something to Creator's UI which shows that "git pull" is still in progress.
