GUI unresponsive during "git pull"

1. Open a file from a git repository with a remote, e.g. a clone of Creator's repository.
2. Select "Tools" -> "Git" -> "Remote Repository" -> "Pull" from the menu.
   Creator's GUI will become unresponsive for as long the pull takes. Because of QTCREATORBUG-12477 you won't even see any indication that Creator is doing anything.

Creator should still be responsive to user input during a pull.
