CLONE - Missing control for TextArea item's textFormat property

1. Open a qml file containing a TextArea item in Qt Quick Designer.
2. Select the TextArea item.
   In Properties view, there's no control for setting the TextArea item's textFormat property.

The Properties view should show a control for setting the TextArea item's textFormat property, just like it does for a Text item.
