QtCreator inconsistently handling font sizes

    • Windows 8.1, Qt 4.5.1 open source, Windows font scaling set to 200%.

      Creator correctly handles high DPI in general (menu items, some icons...) but many others are off. Dropdown placeholders are cut off, the welcome screen has a tiny font, the default font size is also tiny. I'm attaching a screen capture of my start screen showing various display glitches.
