Qt Creator doesn't recognize Ninja CMake generated projects

      Previous Qt Creator versions would read the "CodeBlocks - Ninja" cbp file and select the correct CMake generator - e.g. ninja.

      In the screen cast I present how I configure a project (zlib-1.2.8) to use "CodeBlocks Ninja" generator, open the project in Qt Creator and unable to compile the project, reconfigure CMake etc.

      Qt Creator is useless in cases like mine where the CMake project is configured by an external tool.
