cmake importer duplicates header files

      Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit
      cmake version 3.5.1

      Having a cmake build system including .h and .hpp files in targets, they now have duplicate listings. In 9xx snapshot builds it wasn't the case.

      For example:

      [^] compat

      • CMakeLists.txt
        camera-names.cpp
        camera-names.hpp
        camera-names.hpp – this one has the same path, per tooltip
