Qbs: Progress bar indicates almost finished build most of the time

When a full rebuild is triggered, the "Build" progress bar indicates soon that the build is almost finished, while in reality it takes much more time.

Reproduce e.g. with qtcreator.qbs.

In previous versions of Qt Creator the progress bar was more reliable.
