Add project file system tree index to locator (was: Locator filesystem search should better start from project root directory)

      Ctrl-K f   : Searches in a current directory.

      I've noticed that almost always you want to search whole project, not only current directory. Search should be fuzzy.

      Common case: find some documentation file not included in CMakeLists anyhow
