Build & Run: Compilers tab does not scale well

      Based on Qt 5.9.2 (MSVC 2015, 32 bit)
      Windows 7

      The "Compiler" tab under the "Build & Run" page does not scale correctly.

      When resizing the widget to the smallest width the "Browse" button and other widgetsare cut of.

      Possible soutions could be:

      • Set the minimum width of the widget so that all the ABI widgets fit.
        Seems like the other pages does this
      • Add a scroll area.
