stuck on »wait« cursor after any fragment link is selected

      Clicking any help link with a fragment identifier, as well as F1 on anything but a class name results in an indefinitely lasting wait cursor.

      Fortunately the cursor can oftentimes be reset via navigation (or F1) to a non-fragment link.
