Scrollbar cursor invisible in dark mode

    Description

      Especially with the current implementation of highlighted lines in the scrollbar (which i personally consider questionable), i think it's impossible to see where the scrollbar cursor is, in particular when it is under a bunch of highlighted lines.
      It also seems it's not configurable with a custom theme.
      Please make it customizable, at least.
      Although the real fix, IMO, is a proper RockScroll/MetalScroll implementation
