Qt Creator needs a launch parameter that directly opens the "New Project" wizard

    Description

      In order enable creation of new projects "from outside of Qt Creator", there shall be a commanline option or similar that tellls Qt Creator to show the "New Project" dialog upfront.
      Potentially, with the possibility to also specify target directory and project name via that option.
