    Description

      Qt Quick Designer has issues with many OpenGL drivers on Windows

      We should switch to angle as the default.

      We see very serious issues with Intel HD Graphics 4600 on Windows 10.
      (Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware Windows 10)
