[REG 4.5 -> 4.6] OSX Cannot deploy files to target: No sftp deploy option

      Previous to Qt Creator 4.6.0, for deploy steps, it offered the "Upload files via SFTP" step. Now there is only a "Custom Process Step". Because of this, there is no option now to deploy files only but not run them.
