"Add Existing Directory ..." causes multiple include of source files in .pro file

      when choosing "Add Existing Directory ..." the include dialog shows already included source files as checked. If you do not uncheck these, they will be included twice in the .pro-file unnecessarily causing compiler/linker errors which can be hard to find if you don't know this. Double includes in .pro files should not be allowed at all
