[REG 4.6.2 > 4.7.0] QtCreator can not set up msvc environment correctly after update

This morning my QtCreator updated from Version 4.6.2 to Version 4.7.0. Since that time I am not able to compile, run or debug any projects because the MSVC Environment could not be set up correctly. I googled around all day and tried different things but nothing helped so far.

First of all I updated my cmake Version from 3.0.0 to 3.12.0 and checked my PATH.

The behavior of my pc is similar to that described here:

That means the Sophos Endpoind Security Control v10.8 takes up to 99% of CPU while there are several cmd.exe running (ca. 40-50 instances). And it seems the process is killed by the timeout mentioned here (AbstractMSVCToolChain::generateEnvironmentSettings):

With Version 4.6.2 the startup needed some time, but in the end it could set up the Environment correctly.

Please find attached the profiling Output of QtCreator 4.7.0. Sometimes cmake is the first process being killed sometimes it's cmd.exe
