Adding shortcut to call `debug selected test` or `debug last run test`

      Currently user  can only add keyboard shortcuts to `Run Selected Test` or `Run Test Under Cursor`, but not the `Debug` way of running tests. Adding the shortcut would be useful. And since currently `Run Test Under Cursor` only works when mouse on the test name. Adding an option to run/debug last run test would also be helpful on the productivity.
