Description
When a file has changed on the file system, Qt Creator will notice and (sometimes after a short delay) show a popup dialog asking whether you want to reload the changed file, reload all changed files, not reload changed files, and so on.
Sometimes this popup can appear while you are typing! (I often find that if I switch to another application, e.g. to do some version control, which changes files, I then focus QtCreator and start typing into it, then suddenly the dialog will appear)! It then accepts one of the characters you're typing as a shortcut to choose a response. This is quite dangerous and you have no idea which option it chose and what state your open files are in.
