Properties gone from right panel

      I quickly closed panels the bottom of the screen.  Afterwards I could see that the Property/Value panel was missing from the right panel, but the panel itself was there, and the Object/Class tree filled the right panel.

      After much time I could not find any way to restore the default layout and see the properties, which are essential to using the designer
