Qt Creator starts very slow on Windows 10

      Hello!

      I want to report the issue with Qt Creator 4.11.0/4.11.1/4.13.3/4.14.0. It starts very slow on my computer, I need to wait a few seconds, for example: Qt Linguist launches instantly like other apps. The issue is only with Qt Creator. I have attached the screenshot below to demonstrate how long it takes to start the program. Please improve the Qt Creator startup performance. Thank you.
