Support switching from batch editing of environment variables to additional views

    Description

      Environment variables can be adjusted for the configuration of kits by the dialogue "Edit Environment Changes" so far.
      I would find it helpful if it will become supported to switch to the configuration interface "Build Environment" (which displays additional buttons) on demand also at this place.
