Cmake example app Animation C++ debug fails on arm64-v8a two ways

      macOS 10.14.6, Qt6.0.0 RC2, Huawei P40 Lite Android 10 mobile phone

      Saw this failure two times in a similar way during RC2 testing. In both times first the other debugger failure, then tcp debugger failure and on third try debugging succeeded.

      This issue seems to happen mostly at the first attempt of debugging on any device and on older QC like 4.13 as well.
