      The Conan install build step UI should directly support different build policies.

      'conan install' does support different policies regarding if and which dependencies should be build, see also https://docs.conan.io/en/latest/mastering/policies.html.

      The default policy is to not build dependencies, but rather fail if there is no matching binary package available.
