MacOS: Popups on wrong Monitor

I know you are partially aware of this, as I have reported tooltip issues crashing QtC before and they get "fixed".  As a quick fix to prevent the crashes the popups get assigned to the primary monitor, which is better than crashing, but it isn't where I'm expecting to see the popup. 

But now that QtCreator isn't crashing on ToolTips, It would be nice if they appeared on the correct monitor, in the correct placement.

I don't know if this is a QtC thing, or Qt. But I've never seen this happen anywhere else in any other program. I'd figure the tooltip could be placed in relation to the window somehow?
