Enabling the Qt Quick plugin breaks Qt Creator Wizards

      To reproduce:

      1. Select Help > About Plugins.
      2. Search for Qt Quick, enable the plugin, and close the dialog
      3. Restart Qt Creator.
      4. Select File > New Project.

      The project dialog contains no templates and the Create button is grayed.
