Can't debug when path contains non-ASCII characters

    Description

      1. Created a Plain C++ Application qmake project into a folder containing non-ASCII characters (e.g. D:\õõõ)
      2. Used Qt 6.3.0 MinGW 11.2.0 64-bit kit
      3. Tried to debug the project

      Result:

      Notes:

      • The file mentioned in the error message exists.
      • When I click Run instead of Debug, the application starts just fine.
      • Debugging works fine if the project path contains only plain ASCII characters.
