Description
- Created a Plain C++ Application qmake project into a folder containing non-ASCII characters (e.g. D:\õõõ)
- Used Qt 6.3.0 MinGW 11.2.0 64-bit kit
- Tried to debug the project

Notes:
- The file mentioned in the error message exists.
- When I click Run instead of Debug, the application starts just fine.
- Debugging works fine if the project path contains only plain ASCII characters.
