[macOS] UI elements partially obscured

      For example, scrollbar shows up on top of some controls.
      It'd be nice to have them in their own docked area.

      Also same applies for the stack of progress bars. They obscures some controls and
      their "X" buttons don't work to get rid of them.

      Apple guidance says (https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/components/presentation/scroll-views/)
      "Avoid placing controls inline with a scroll bar. ..."
