      Qt for MCUs 2.3 will not work properly with Qt Creator 8.
      When a user selects a 2.3 installation in the MCU settings of Qt Creator 8, a message should be displayed to instruct to update Qt Creator to version 9 or higher, and the installation should not be usable to create kits.
