Description
Clangd and Clang-Tidy do not seem to inherit system include settings from CMake. This issue has been tested on both Windows and Linux. On Windows, it is particularly problematic because I use Cygwin, and Clang-Tidy appears to mistakenly interfere with my Boost headers. This leads to an excessive number of errors/warnings, making Clang-Tidy unusable whenever I attempt to use Boost.
