Description
NOTE: Pressing Ctrl first, then Up/Down second does work.
Moving the view up/down is no longer possible when the Ctrl key is pressed AFTER the Up or Down key is pressed and held, however holding down Ctrl before pressing Up or Down does work as it always has. Moving the view up or down one line used to be possible regardless of the order in which the Ctrl and arrow keys were pressed. I know this may seem like a trivial issue, however it’s not to me because it’s an integral part of my workflow that I constantly use as I navigate and edit code. I often move the caret up / down and seamlessly switch to / from view navigation by pressing the holding the Ctrl key as necessary. This being broken is really messing up my workflow.
I discovered this while testing KDE + Wayland on Fedora 40. This is not happening on Gnome + X11 on Fedora 40.
