MinGW auto-detected toolchain does not identify shipped gdb debugger

      I get a MinGW (x86 32bit) toolchain auto-detected. It contains the path to my MinGW g++ compiler and it specifies the ABI x86-windows-msys-pe-32bit. However, it does not identify a debugger. Since we do ship a version of gdb I would expect that to be seen.

      Unless you create a manual toolchain with the debugger set, if you try to debug an application just after installing Creator a warning pops ups telling that CDB will be used as a fallback (which wouldn't really work in this case).
