When running for Symbian target "General OS-related error" is given and the application wont start

Very often when testing with N8 the TRK+Qt Creator can't install and run the SIS file (application icon does not appear on menu).

"Could not start application: General OS-related error" is given to the developer. Often the application works when RUN is executed for the second time - although why this happens remains a mystery.

Sometimes on second time the application is installed correctly but again not run.

This has been happening with several development machines for a long time.
