Qt Creator produces ilegible characters in the Compile output window

This problem has been harassing me for a very very long time, and it has not been solved yet. I used to report a bug on this, and this problem is consistent on my PC, and it can duplicated on all of the Qt Creator versions. I am now using a Windows 7 64 bit system.

Whenever there are compilation errors, I cannot read the error messages. I have to guess what the error really are about. Attached please find the captured screen-shots.
