      gdb often says "Internal error: pc 0x0 in read in psymtab, but not in symtab."

      This task here is connected to all issues in which this problem is visible.

      Observations so far:

      • It looks like mostly Windows is affected, but there all of Vista, Vista 64 and 7
      • Both our traditional gdb builds (7.1.50.x and 7.2) are affected
      • The influx of reports slowed down with the release of 7.4, but there have been reports with 7.5 and 7.6, too.

      The binaries for which we have reports have been build gcc version
      (MinGW gcc 4.4.1?) distributed with the Qt SDK, but later reports have
      gcc 4.6 and 4.7 too.
