USE_AUTOBREAK does not work with cdb

      1. Open simple.pro from Creator's sources.
      2. Apply the compile fix.
      3. Change USE_AUTOBREAK to 1.
      4. Build it with MSVC. I used MSVC 2008 x86.
      5. Run it in debugger.
        The program will run but not stop at any of the implicit breakpoints.
