unreadable compiler messages

    Description

      When any errors occured compiler shows message like "error: C4430: ®вбгвбвўгҐв бЇҐжЁдЁЄ в®а вЁЇ  - ЇаҐ¤Ї®« Ј Ґвбп int. ЏаЁ¬Ґз ­ЁҐ. C++ ­Ґ Ї®¤¤Ґа¦Ёў Ґв int Ї® 㬮«з ­Ёо". I searced around the web for solutions, but havent found anything works. Interesting, that linker shows messages in readable encoding.
