Description
- Disabling plugins should be a hint-only: If a plugin is enabled that requires the "disabled" plugin, the latter should be temporarily enabled, instead of disabling the former
- The UI for disabling plugins needs adaption to that: If a plugin is disabled in the UI, all plugins that depend on this plugin (and recursively) must be disabled too (similar to a linux package manager). Since otherwise one would disable the plugin but it would still be loaded
- provide a way to only load a plugin and all it's requirements on the command line (multiple can be given)
